Spaghetti Squash Meatballs Slow Cooker Dish

1 pound ground JH Italian Sausage

1 can tomato sauce (24oz)

4-6 cloves of garlic

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 tsp oregano, basil, and thyme

2 Tbsp Hot Pepper Relish (optional)

1 medium spaghetti squash


Mix everything in 6 quart slow cooker. Cut squash in half,

remove seeds, and place face down in slow cooker. Roll meat

into meatballs and place in sauce. Cook on high heat for 3

hours or low heat for 5 hours. Fork out squash and serve with

sauce and sausage.
